- Accuracy and Completeness: Provide accurate, complete, and current information whenever you interact with the App, whether it’s during registration, content creation, or feedback submission. Misleading information not only undermines your experience but also affects the community and the efficacy of VidGen AI.
- Account Security: Safeguard your account information and be vigilant about your password’s confidentiality. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. In the event of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach, you must promptly notify us at info@novaxlabs.com.
- Legal and Respectful Use: Engage with VidGen AI in a manner that is respectful, legal, and considerate. This means:
- Not uploading, posting, emailing, or otherwise transmitting any material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
- Not exploiting the App for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Not attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt the functioning of, or otherwise tamper with the App’s software, hardware, and servers in any way.
- Not using the App to distribute malware, spyware, or any other malicious software or data.
- Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of VidGen AI complies with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright laws, privacy laws, and regulations governing content creation and distribution.
- Respect for Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of others. This means not uploading, embedding, or otherwise distributing content that you do not have the right to use. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or if you are aware of any infringing material on VidGen AI, please inform us immediately.
Content and Intellectual Property
- The content generated by the App, including videos, text, graphics, and interactive features, is owned by or licensed to NovaX Labs LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the content generated by the App without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
NovaX Labs LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.
Changes to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
